Warranty:    We will replace defective items within one year of purchase date, subject to approval.
                  Our liability shall not exceed the replacement cost of our product.
                  Defects in the material and workmanship must be reported upon receipt
                  and prior to installation.
                  Wood products must be maintained under stable temperature and humidity
                  conditions to remain under warranty.
 

Returns:      Prior authorization is required. No credit will be given on unauthorized returns.
                  When products are custom-made, they are not subject to return, and cancellation
                  or changes are subject to consideration of the work in progress.
                  Authorized returns for stock parts are subject to 20% re-stocking or handling charge.
                  All returns must be properly packaged and insured.
                  Credit cannot be given on materials damaged during return transit or materials
                  which have been stained or modified.
                  No returns accepted after 60 days.
